Annet Mahendru
Mahendru's parents were a Russian as well as a Hindu Indian. She was born in Afghanistan. She speaks fluently of German Russian and English and is also fluent in French Persian and Hindi. The parents of Annet Mahendru are Russian and Indian. At age 11 she choreographed an act that earned her a slot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden that turns into an energetic Indian dancer. After graduating from New York's high school, she received her bachelor's degree in English degree at St. John's University. Following the high school year, she took acting classes at HB but left for improv classes at Groundlings School. She then performed in a variety of comedy roles. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru and an Russian mom Olga. The family moved together with their father to East Meadow, New York when she was thirteen year old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. TV actress known for playing the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova, on FX's The Americans. She has had a recurring role in Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
